Our Wildflower Honeycomb is handcrafted in small batches using only the highest quality, 100% natural ingredients. Thousands of fluffy bubbles, trapped in cooling caramelized sugar, give this billowy candy it’s crunchy, airy texture. Made with a fellow Good Food Award winner, Sacramento Valley Wildflower Honey by Sola Bee Farms.

3oz Wildflower Honeycomb
You may call it sponge toffee, cinder toffee or hokey pokey but we call it honeycomb; it's a sugary toffee with a light, rigid, sponge-like texture. Dipping it in 72% dark chocolate takes this honey "sweet" to the next level.
Ingredients: Chocolate (chocolate liquor, sugar, sunflower lecithin, pure vanilla), honey, cane sugar, glucose, baking soda.

Our Familia Montano Coffee Wildflower Honeycomb is handcrafted in small batches using only the highest quality ingredients from Ritual Coffee Roasters and Sola Bee Farms. The fruity nuance of bing cherries from the coffee enhances the sweetness of the honey resulting in the kind of confection we are known for. Dipping it in Dandelion Chocolate’s 70% Camino Verde from Ecuador elevates this honey confection to new heights.
Ingredients: Chocolate (70% Camino Verde, Ecuador - cocoa beans, cane sugar,) Single origin coffee from Huila, Colombia, wildflower honey, cane sugar, glucose, baking soda.
3oz Orange Creamsicle Wildflower Honeycomb
Our Orange Creamsicle Wildflower Honeycomb was born out of a collaboration with Chase Center, an indoor arena in San Francisco and the home venue for the Golden State Warriors. They were looking for a confection that conveyed sports in an outdoor setting and that's when the orange creamsicle, a vanilla and orange flavored popsicle, became our inspiration.
Tangy orange essential oil blends beautifully with vanilla bean, evoking the nostalgia of a classic ice cream bar. When dipped in rich 72% dark artisan chocolate, this honey confection becomes an irresistible treat.
INGREDIENTS: Bittersweet chocolate (chocolate liquor, sugar, sunflower lecithin, pure vanilla), wildflower honey, cane sugar, glucose, orange essential oil, vanilla bean, baking soda.
