Shipping policy
We currently ship to all locations in the US. We currently do not provide delivery to international destinations, APOs or FPOs.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We work hard to keep your shipping as affordable as possible. Because we ship temperature-sensitive chocolate, we ship all orders priority via USPS or UPS. Standard shipping time is one to three days, though we cannot guarantee that your product will arrive exactly in that time frame.
Please note that orders placed after 11 a.m. on Wednesday may ship the following Monday. We want your chocolate to arrive in beautiful condition and do not like to risk it sitting overnight in a truck or warehouse on its way to your doorstep.
WHAT IF MY CHOCOLATE IS DAMAGED?
NeoCocoa, LLC is not responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable, lost packages or packages damaged by the elements after delivery.
We take pride in offering the very best. Every item we offer is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives.

If you would like to add a gift-message to your order, please indicate this in the “Add a note to your order” box in the shopping cart.
Our goal is to satisfy all of our customers. We stand behind everything we make. Our chocolates leave our production kitchen in peak condition. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for products that are not damaged or defective. In the event you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for any of the following reasons: 1) delivery delays caused by weather or other acts beyond our control, 2) incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the purchaser when completing online order.
Our delicate chocolate confections are best stored between 52°F to 72°F, therefore, we take additional steps to insure the product is weather-safe. We use the most appropriate and reasonable shipping option available depending on transit times and temperatures.
We want to make sure we can process your order promptly and accurately. Please make sure all details of your order are correct. Please make sure we have your complete address and someone will be available to receive your chocolates before submitting your order. We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable recipients and addresses.
